Thank you for choosing to support REcreate designs. Here are a few basic policies we have to keep everyone happy.

 
Payment | You give us money. We send you your order.

Our shopping cart and check out system are secure and safe.  We accept paypal as a form of payment. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email orders@recreatedesigns.com.

Shipping

Items are shipped in poly or bubble mailers or sturdy shipping boxes. Some of REcreate designs packaging, including labels, packing paper, gift boxes and shipping boxes are made from reused or recycled materials.

All items are shipped within a week of your payment. If you are interested in shipping by a faster method in the U.S., please e-mail me, and we can set up a special shipment.

Returns/Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 15 days of receiving your package to arrange for an exchange or return option.  We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. We are all human and mistakes can get made. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. You will be responsible for all returning postage. All items must be in their original unworn or unused condition.
